About our Beef
Produced from our commercial cow herd mated to Blonde d'Aquitaine bulls - bred to produce lean, meaty offspring.
- Fed natural, homegrown grains and forages (no hormones or growth stimulants)

- All meat comes from young animals (12-18 months) born on our farm and finished on corn, barley, soybeans and hay produced on our farm
- Carcasses are aged 12-14 days before processing
- Available cuts or whole/half/quarter carcasses cut to your specifications
- Processed at a licensed, inspected plant
